Belonging is a deep acceptance and sense of home where being your authentic self leads to living and working at your fullest potential. It is the intentional creation of beloved community as parents, neighbors, coworkers and leaders.
Diversity. The measured presence of difference. Example questions include: How can we attract more diverse candidates to join our team? Which voices are missing from this conversation?

Equity is the recognition that barriers and advantages exist. It's the act of removing institutional and cultural barriers to inclusion, belonging and diversity. This is about building practices, structures and social norms that are anti-racist and intersectional.
Inclusion. Consider this your relationship to diversity: how you welcome it in every interaction and what you do when you're challenged by it. It's the social norms that help people feel welcome.
