What clients and colleagues say about me and my work.
I have had the pleasure of working with Cat on several culture initiatives at Katerra. Each time, the initial idea became significantly better because of Cat. Her attention to detail, thoroughness and follow through are second to none. Cat has also been instrumental in providing valuable information at multiple levels within the company, from general office wide initiatives to detailed research for focused committees. Perhaps best of all, Cat exemplifies all of the core values we aspire to. Craig Curtis, Chief Architect, Katerra
Cat is a prolific leader! She has all the traditional skills of leadership: confidence, vision, strategic planning skills and is also an inspiring leader: transparent, empowering, encouraging, high emotional intelligence, authentic, accountable, creative, tenacious, visionary, and so much more. I had the privilege of working with Cat at the City of Seattle on the city's diversity, equity, and inclusion projects. This work required a deep equity analysis, strategic thinking and planning, robust coaching and facilitation, excellent communication, and much more. Cat had all of the needed skills and brought elevated thinking and creativity into the work. Cat is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! - Casey Tonnelly, Principle Coach and Business Owner

In our work together – which includes coaching, consulting, a learning partnership, and friendship – I can always count on Cat to produce the highest quality of work within our agreed upon time frame, to bring me to new levels of understanding by challenging me and providing honest feedback, and to live with love and compassion. Cat is looking to change the world: make a connection with her if you want to team with an innovative thinker, a compassionate heart, and a refreshingly open learner. - Rachel Butler, MA, PCC Coach and Consultant, Linkedin.com/in/rachelndbutler
"I feel so much more confident in my own convictions because of the things I learned from the way you live. You brought swagger, empathy, the courage to be bold and sexy and confident while totally owning your vulnerability, and I walked away from the workshop wishing I could be your life-intern for a summer...I appreciated the way you kept us honest with ourselves and pointed out specific physical and verbal cues that indicated harmony or discord between our words and our bodies. I learned to pay more attention to the words I choose and to appreciate the power of (saying) "I want". Thank you so much - this is the second project with which you have been involved that has profoundly affected me. I look forward to reading your book and making it an even third!" - workshop participant
